Welcome to PGN. PGN is a general purpose EST analysis pipeline/website that can be readily used as a "front end" for EST sequencing projects. All data in PGN is directly derived from chromatograms and all original and intermediate data are stored in the database. Data can be submitted through a web interface. The Plant Genome Network (PGN) is a resource for the storage, retrieval and annotation of plant ESTs, with a focus on comparative genomics. Currently PGN houses mainly sequences from the Floral Genome Project
