PGN is a repository for plant EST sequence data. It comprises an analysis pipeline and a website. The methods used in the analysis pipeline are described in the methods section.

Currently, the site contains data from the Floral Genome Project.

The website is structured into sections that can be reached from a toolbar on every page. The sections are:

Search: Search an EST or unigene.

BLAST: Perform a blast against PGN datasets.

Libraries: Display information about libraries.

Unigene Builds: Display information about unigene builds.

Submit: Information on how to submit data.

Links: Related links.
