cDNA cloned into the pBluescript II vector that was provided as a double-digest with XhoI and EcoRI. Directional cloning of cDNA such that poly-A(+) tail is at XhoI end; the 5' end of the cDNA is at EcoRI end. Sequencing in from latter using T3 primer/binding site.\
